1. Pricing and Quotations

All prices quoted by Shine Creative are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed. Quotations remain valid for up to 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Final prices may vary based on:

• Quantity ordered
• Material specifications and availability
• Printing complexity and finishing requirements
• Delivery location and urgency
• Additional customization or service requests

Prices exclude GST, shipping charges, or other statutory taxes unless explicitly mentioned. Applicable taxes will be charged as per the GST Act.

2. Payment Terms

To begin processing any order, the following terms apply:

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total order value is required to initiate production.
• Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid before dispatch or upon delivery, as informed.
• Accepted Modes: UPI, bank transfer, cheque, or other approved methods.
• Production Start: No work will begin until the advance payment is received.

Shine Creative reserves the right to withhold delivery for unpaid or partially paid orders. Delayed or missed payments may incur additional charges as allowed under Indian commercial norms.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders must be confirmed through:

• Email
• WhatsApp / written message
• An official purchase order

Once confirmed and advance payment is received:

• A detailed breakdown of the order will be shared.
• Production will commence accordingly.
• Any post-confirmation changes may lead to additional charges or revised timelines.
• Customers must verify all specifications, sizes, quantities, and materials before production starts.

Orders may be refused or cancelled if:

• Payment terms are not met
• Specifications are unclear or incomplete
• The supplied content violates the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any applicable laws
• Production capacity does not permit timely completion

4. Production and Delivery

Standard production requires 3–4 working days from the time artwork is approved and advance payment is completed. Timelines may vary depending on complexity, quantity, or seasonal workload.

• Urgent/rush orders may attract additional charges.
• Shine Creative provides PAN India delivery via trusted couriers.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to possible courier delays, weather issues, or logistics restrictions.
• Once dispatched, Shine Creative is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit as per standard courier policies.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Any re-delivery, address correction, or RTO charges must be borne by the customer.

5. Artwork, Quality, and Inspection

Customers are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork.

Shine Creative is not liable for issues arising from:

• Spelling or grammatical errors in customer-provided files
• Low-quality images or pixelation
• Incorrect color formats or color mismatches
• Design flaws in customer-supplied artwork

Designs created by Shine Creative must be approved before printing. Once approved, no changes are allowed.

Slight color differences between digital screens and printed output are normal and not considered defects.

Any quality concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before production starts.

• Refund amount (if any) will depend on administrative costs already incurred.
• Once production begins, cancellation and refunds are not permitted.
• Customized or personalized items are strictly non-refundable.

These policies comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019and applicable e-commerce guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm that they have legal rights to all artwork or content provided. Shine Creative is not responsible for copyright disputes arising from customer-supplied materials.

Shine Creative may display completed work in its portfolio or marketing unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shine Creative’s total liability is limited strictly to the invoice value of the product or service. We are not responsible for:

• Business loss, profit loss, or reputational damage
• Courier delays or mishandling
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Misuse of printed materials by the customer

This is in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh.
